Designed in the 18th century by a wealthy Bradford wool merchant, Nidd Hall is a Grade II listed building set in 45 acres of award-winning gardens. Edward VIII met Wallis Simpson at a party here, so to maintain the tradition, the team throws a party every night with live music, comedy and dancing.

The surrounding countryside is filled with perfect picnic spots with the North York Moors, medieval streets and river valleys a mere stone’s throw away. At the hotel, a lake for fishing, outdoor bowls and an indoor pool call for some relaxing.

Hotel: Nidd Hall is a Grade II listed mansion set in North Yorkshire, a short drive from the spa town of Harrogate and the North York Moors. Accommodation includes historic suites and contemporary rooms. There are four historic lounges, two restaurants and a show theatre, dining pods on the outside terrace and traditional games in the grounds. The leisure centre offers a complete feel-good experience with an indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room.

Garden space: Nidd Hall is set in 45 acres with award-winning gardens and woodland. It has a fishing lake, tennis court, volleyball court, badminton, sculptured gardens, and outdoor gym equipment.

Brasserie32 in The Terrace: The breakfast and dinner menus champion British heritage recipes and traditional ingredients from the 1900s in an elegant setting with an outdoor terrace. Hospitable table service makes it even more of an occasion. Caters for up to 60 guests.

The Rawson Restaurant: Serves breakfast and three-course evening meals with both waiter service and buffet. Caters for up to 380 guests.

The Library, Mountgarret Bar, Drawing room and Viscount Henry Lounge: Open for drinks, lunch, and afternoon tea. Outdoor terrace area for drinks including four outdoor dining pods.

The Pavilion theatre: The main entertainment venue of the hotel, boasting a grand stage and dance floor.
