Designed exclusively for adults

From a holiday camp on Hayling Island to 16 unique properties

Warner Leisure Hotels celebrates a 90-year milestone in 2022. The brainchild of Captain Harry Warner back in 1932, it has developed into a UK-based holiday group that specialises in short breaks exclusively for adults (over 21s).

There’s also a Victorian folly near Snowdonia in North Wales. Mostly Grade I and Grade II listed with period detail and heritage grounds and gardens, they’re a true who’s who in the history books. William of Orange, Henry VIII, Jane Seymour, William Pitt and the Queen Mother count among former guests.

Coastal hotels and villages
Five hotels and villages are located in Suffolk and on the Isle of Wight and Hampshire’s Hayling Island with sea views and easy access to some of Britain’s most celebrated beaches and coastlines.

Quality accommodation
Rooms range from suites with four posters and roll top baths to contemporary chalet-style lodges by the sea to suit all styles and budgets.
