Thoresby Hall owns 30 acres of Grade I listed gardens within the Thoresby estate. The house’s broad terrace overlooks a croquet lawn and classic parkland, and has one of the best examples of a Victorian rose garden within the UK.

Historic features include a vaulted Great Hall, carved wooden fireplaces, original lounges and a library. Rooms range from suites with four-poster beds and roll top baths through to standard rooms, all with contemporary comfort. The spa offers a feel-good experience with an indoor heated pool, bubble pool, Scandinavian sauna, and a relaxation lounge for specialist face and body treatments.

Market Kitchen in The Sherwood Restaurant: The restaurant is located in the house’s original courtyard and now features a glass roof. It serves breakfast and three-course evening meals with both buffet and à la carte waiter service. Caters for up to 380 guests.

Brasserie 32 in the Blue Room: The menu champions British heritage recipes and traditional ingredients from the 1900s in an elegant historic lounge. Hospitable table service makes it even more of an occasion. Caters for up to 60 guests.

The Pavilion: The modern entertainment lounge hosts daily live shows, quizzes, classes and entertainment.

The Great Hall: The heart of Thoresby Hall, the perfect place to enjoy a drink in the day or piano music by night. Adjacent to The Great Hall is our Library and Manvers Bar.
