The Cotswolds’ newest hotel welcomes two new entertainment venues
The Cotswolds’ newest hotel is set to open this summer and brings with it a jam-packed roster of live music.
Heythrop Park Hotel opens this summer after undergoing a complete renovation and, with a duo of entertainment venues bringing live bands, comedy and theatre, the hotel is set to be one of the best spots in the country for exploring and unwinding by day and experiencing first class entertainment each night.
Guests visiting the elegant retreat this year can expect to be wowed by exceptional performances, including the show-stopping orchestral act, IBIZA in Symphony, famous for its unique take on exquisite island classics. Guests can also expect the finest tribute acts like Chasing Mumford, the Ed Sheeran Experience, Rocketmania, The Stars from the Commitments and The Sound of Springsteen, to name a few. Meanwhile Britain’s Got talent star, Jon Courtenay brings the laughs with a fantastic comedy show in September.
Each expertly crafted break promises big nights out without going out, and a host of pop, rock, soul and comedy greats offer a flavour for all tastes.
The Late Lounge, complete with stage and next-door bar, is the perfect setting for guests to enjoy the energy of live music and, open ‘til late, it’s the place to be for dancing and late-night tipples to complete the evening. Meanwhile the theatre experience is all about sitting back to relax with popcorn – or maybe a gin and tonic - in hand to watch West-end style and immersive shows.
After a busy day enjoying activities such as archery, bike rides or simple scenic strolls, the hotels three restaurants provide guests with the perfect appetizer to their evening, offering an array of temptingly delicious choices. Guests can visit the Market Kitchen – located in the stunning orangery – for culinary delights from around the globe, tuck into hearty classics at The Travelling Duke Pub and Kitchen or, for a refined dining experience in elegant Italian settings, visit Brasserie32 for dishes inspired by the 1900s.
Dinner, bed and breakfast packages include dining in any of the restaurants in the morning and evening, plus entry to the entertainment venues. A two-night break at Heythrop Park starts at £189 per person for two people sharing a standard room.
