Warner Hotels reports biggest ever week of bookings
Leading adult-only hotel group Warner Hotels has seen its biggest week of sales ever, as the lead up to ‘Sunshine Saturday’ saw staycationers flock to book their next 2023 break. In the past week, bookings have soared by 55% vs the same time last year.
Web visits have also increased by 40%, coinciding with the release of Warner Hotels new advert which takes a new tongue-in-cheek approach to its adult-only getaways.
Simon Thompson, managing director of Warner Hotels, said: “Last week saw our biggest week of sales ever, evidence that the staycation market is continuing to boom in 2023. While ‘Sunshine Saturday’ has traditionally seen holidaymakers flocking to book international getaways, a huge 55% increase in bookings (vs the same time) last year suggests people are continuing to embrace the benefits of holidaying closer to home and looking to explore the amazing sights the UK has to offer.
“We’re entering a new era for Warner, with the release of our tv advert and the opening of our newest hotel Heythrop Park offering guests our biggest and boldest proposition yet. With web visits up by 40% last week (vs the same time last year), and a quarter of the bookings coming from new guests, I’m confident that both our new and loyal guests will continue to support us on this exciting journey.”
